Hi! I am Viktoria, Registered Dietitian and Author
Welcome to my nutrition counseling practice where I enjoy helping people improve their relationships with food and nutrition through a wholesome approach tailored to the individual.
I believe it is important to educate about the abundance of nutritious and flavorful foods that support good health and provide nourishment to fuel body and mind.
I am most passionate about working with children and adults as it relates to gut health, healthy weight management, post surgical recovery, nutrition related diseases, food sensitivities, and disordered eating patterns.

ABOUT ME
My background bachelor and master's education is in food sciences. In 2021, I graduated the Didactic Program in Dietetics from University of Northern Colorado. In 2022, I completed a dietetic Internship through University of California San Diego and earned my Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credentials. Throughout my education I worked and volunteered at acute care facilities, long term care facilities, food banks, and community nutrition programs where I gained strong dietetic experience and learned to work with diverse populations.
The idea of opening a private practice started after working at multiple healthcare institutions and when my son was born in 2022.
In my practice, I promote a holistic approach to nutrition, help discover personal food intolerances and sensitivities, encourage mindfulness, and promote healthy food culture in adults and adolescents as well as early exposure to wholesome foods with children.
As a mom and even before motherhood, my other passion was in educating children about healthy eating habits from an early age. I am an author and illustrator of several children's books and actively working on my next writing project. You can check out my work by following this link.
My personal interests include gardening in my backyard, cooking a variety of cuisines, traveling and camping with my family.
